Need to be more descriptive about mileage and prices BEFORE RENTING TRUCKS. Also, was very difficult to do an online app because of it kicking out n restarting over!! Couldn't get nobody on the phone to assist without an attitude behind it. This was my very first time using a uhaul and I will NEVER go through them again!!!! Pricing was RIDICULOUS
Rhonda HI always shop with u-haul for every move and this has been the first one where i have been disappointed. the communication was very unclear from the u-haul assisting office. The pickup location man was helpful and did all he could do, but the u-haul services this time i was not pleased with.
