I rented a van on 7/2/26 from 3rd party J&J Automotive. 76951095 contract #. Drove under 10 miles. Had returned the van in about 2 hours.(rented around 11:30a and returned around 1:30p) The estimated INVOICE says I rented on 7/9/26. WRONG. It also said I returned at 5:15p. WRONG. It charges me $25 for safe move. I did NOT ask for this. The estimated invoice $61.82. My credit card was charged $162.53. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? Michael Birner CLAIMS that he called and spoke with me. HE NEVER CALLED ME. I DID NOT RENT A VAN IN 7/9/26. YOU ARE CHARGING ME FOR SOMEONE ELSES rental. I DID NOT drive 67 miles. CHECK YOUR GPS on 7/2/26 between 11:30a-1:30p. I WANT SOMEONE TO CALL ME AND FIX THIS. It has been over 72 HOURS SINCE I CALLED THE 800 number. I need someone from MANAGEMENT to call me [redacted]

The guy that works at this place came right out to greet me said I did a great job pulling in super friendly and I was out the door in five minutes.
CHRISTINE MThey hook the trailer up to my truck on the mountain of snow so it didn’t fully connect. I was not aware of that. The trailing nearly bounced off the truck onto the road, but it did do damage to my vehicle.
Gregg GNothing, the trailer was clean and in good working order. The location was convenient, and had plenty of parking. The receptionist was friendly and polite. The salesman Jeff was knowledgeable and informative. He attached the trailer to my truck and explained everything about the trailer to me, and before I left, he rechecked everything, the lights, the ramps, the tie down and the wiring and the connection.
John MThe truck was horrible, tire light on, almost stalling and while the people at the location were great thwy had to come back at night bec the rental was not set up as contactless pick up. Not locations fault it was Uhall customer service fault. Tgis was the worst Ihall experience we ever had.
