When I picked up the trailer the man at the counter would not install the hitch ball. U-haul told me on the phone that it would take a 1 7/8 ball or 2 inch, which was not correct. I had to run around looking for a 2 inch ball and for someone to install it as I had no equipment to do so. I wasted a lot of time. During my trip from Virginia to Texas I had to stop often to jiggle the wires to get the signal lights to work.
