The whole experience was the best I've had ever renting from U-Haul. The people were very pleasant and helpful, the equipment was clean and although the location was a little out of the way, it was worth the extra drive. I would definately recommend this location to rent from.

An employee saw us pull in the parking lot and helped direct us backing up the trailer and unhooked everything. Friendly
Tiffany TWe ordered a uhaul and first it was dirty. We have a photo. And we let them know we would drop off elsewhere. They apparently did not communicate that. Then we dropped it off and just now get a receipt 5 days later saying they charged us for 5 days extra $200 also a fee for incorrect location of $480. IMAGINE GETTING A UHAUL CHARGE OF $882.82! ROBBERY
Lauren RWhen dropping off my rental the person who handles the U-Haul management was not present, but I checked out with another person, and everything seemed all good. I later received my receipt that I was informed I would get showing over a $100 charge for fuel when I had just filled up (to the contract description) the truck. Had to reach out to customer service to start a dispute, still waiting to hear back.
