The truck was absolutely horrible.. not only did we have to go through a crazy change where they move my registration without notifying me but also the work was rude and disinterested and the truck was run to the ground. it refused to excellerate, and made a grinding noise anytime we hit the gas. it also stalled often and had a very hard time switching gears.

My online reservation and quoated price were not honered. I was not supposed to be charged mileage, only gas, per Uhaul rep. I am digging for my confirmation email as we speak!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Tiffany TWe ordered a uhaul and first it was dirty. We have a photo. And we let them know we would drop off elsewhere. They apparently did not communicate that. Then we dropped it off and just now get a receipt 5 days later saying they charged us for 5 days extra $200 also a fee for incorrect location of $480. IMAGINE GETTING A UHAUL CHARGE OF $882.82! ROBBERY
