When dropping off my rental the person who handles the U-Haul management was not present, but I checked out with another person, and everything seemed all good. I later received my receipt that I was informed I would get showing over a $100 charge for fuel when I had just filled up (to the contract description) the truck. Had to reach out to customer service to start a dispute, still waiting to hear back.
