Giving the benefit of the doubt, perhaps the location was understaffed, but based on my pickup experience, this was far removed from that. This individual didn't physically go outside to ensure that I knew where he wanted the trailer left, he just pointed from inside the location and said: "put it in the back corner". Now I am inside the facility and unable to see where he was pointing but assumed it was where I left it, next to another trailer. I had to ask for a receipt to ensure that I got credit for dropping it off, he was more interested in looking at his phone than helping a paying customer. One other thing to mention is the amount of traffic that was driving through the very same area where I was trying unload the trailer, I had to warn my spotter to be mindful of the cars that were flying through the parking area for their safety.

FLORINE RMy first time renting a U-haul truck was great. I needed a truck to move out of state same day and I got brand new truck but I feel sad that I wasn’t informed about the free storage that comes with out of state 1 way renting. I saw it written in the truck late after I have disturbed my family to empty their garage and put all their things outside.
