ROBERT RMy belongings got soaked with dirty water. Not sure how you can even call these trucks “water resistant”. Would not recommend uhaul to friends or family especially not if there’s any chance of rain in the forecast.

GREGGORY TI’d asked for a trailer and a truck. It wasn’t hooked up, nothing was readied and the desk employee couldn’t find my return location which I’d already set up and confirmed , he said to call a U-Haul department that he didn’t have a number for and give them the address. He shows no interest in helping me, didn’t look at the vehicle with me and this would have been A COMPLETE LOSS. BUT! A repair guy from U-Haul corporate evidently was there jump starting a truck with a dead battery and trying to get it open when the former customer had locked the keys inside. He said he drove around and fixed vehicle problems and wasn’t set to be there but had been called. IF it hadn’t been for him, my efforts to load the trailer myself even if I had been successful, I only had one chain to secure the vehicle. EXTREMELY disappointed with the poor customer service, dismissive attitude and being fine with sending me out with only one chain. I thank GOD someone from U-Haul corporate was there to save this worthless location. This station site will NEVER be used again by me and I will share this negative experience with others to help save someone else from the same anxiety I’ve had to endure. What if they send someone else out with only one chain? I was expected two at least! Please contact me for further information. Regards, Whitney
