Worker was alone at location, had my family member taking tow dolly off truck and parking in specific spot. Tried to charge me more money !
pat gThe entire venue felt unsafe. The attendant required me to back in the truck in a tight space between two U-Haul trucks. Furthermore, no assistance whatsoever with the return of the dolley. I’m glad the location was close to my complex, but I’d rather drive somewhere further where it feels much safer.
AYDEN SDid not allow authorized driver to pick up truck (watched same thing happen to another customer who got turned away), mobile app didn’t recognize being in the right location and had to go inside, would not recommend this location, though the truck seemed overall in decent condition
KAYLA MI did not rent a uhaul, my information was fraudulently used and I made several calls over several day to get it corrected and I am still getting emails for this rental! PLEASE correct this situation and send me a confirmation that it’s been corrected. This needs to be addressed immediatly!!!!
