my uhaul did not have a ramp and I am not use to that. i don't know if it was too small a truck?

The U-Haul agent I went to first to rent a trailer, did not have the trailer that I needed. He called another local U-Haul and secured the trailer that I needed to accomplish the job I needed to get done.
DENISE SVan had a leaky tire issue and no windshield washer. A dog had been in it before us and there was hair and slobber, but other than that it was in good condition and ran well. The reason we rented it was because our truck needed repair, we were from out of state, and there were no rental vehicles available because of the holidays.
EVELYN DThis whole process was just so easy and convenient. The truck was relatively new, very clean, and easily drivable/maneuverable.
