So quick! Way better than ABC storage! Large parking lot too.

The only issues were the gas cap indicator wasn't working correctly, so I was unable to verify the mileage before leaving because of the warning on the screen. Also, the windshield wipers were fairly worn out, and that was unfortunate when driving in pouring Georga rain. Other than that, the truck was in good condition.

The location is an eyesore. Grass is knee high, shrubs overgrown, trucks sandwiched in like sardines, and frequently they forget to provide accessory equipment needed and listed in the reservation. There is one gentleman working there and he is nice as can be, but he's only one person. I keep using this location because it is convenient, but the trucks are beat up and come with dirty cabs. Signage is not clear on where to leave trucks and trailers, there is not a good place to turn around with a trailer, and Lord help you if you need to cut through the grass to get from one side of the lot to the other because the grass is so tall.

I had a wonderful experience returning my U-Haul truck. The older gentleman who helped me was very kind, friendly, and professional. He made the return process quick and easy, and his positive attitude really stood out. Great customer service like this is hard to find. Thank you for making the experience so pleasant!

Do NOT reserve on line! The reservation is made amounted to nothing when I went to pick up the trailer. Uhaul moved the pick up location after I completed the reservation to the dealer 30 miles away...that didn't have the proper equipment in inventory. The DEALER made it right through no help from the company.

The truck was dilapidated, filthy, leaked and destroyed our belongings! Filing a claim for payment with our bank! I-Haul is now the worse company when it was our first choice us now one we will never use again!

My truck cab needed wiping down from a previously spilled drink in the holders. My rental included a hand cart, two dozen blankets, and a queen size mattress bag. None of these items were available when I picked up the truck.

I love Parking Depot for all my recent moving needs. In the past ten to eleven months, we have moved our household twice, and my mom's once, requiring multiple rentals back and forth from NC and Spartanburg, SC, and most recently, locally. We will continue to use Parking Depot for its convenient location and helpful staff. I do wish they kept the location more attractive and "shrouded" for "curb appeal", for the benefit of residents in this residential neighborhood, however. Mobile check-in/check-out could be simplified/streamlined. The UHaul app is very frustrating for all its glitches, making it time-consuming and frustrating to check in and check out.

I called and said I was gonna be late so I’ll take the late fee or extra day. Guy on the phone said as long as I returned it today he won’t charge me the extra day because a customer needs the truck by tomorrow. 2 hours late, charged $40 extra day. Piss off, why even lie? First and last time using U-Haul for the blatant dishonesty. I don’t even care about the $40, just blatantly lying to me for what?

Take some pride in the residential community surrounding your establishment and make the location less of an eyesore to Beaufort. It is very convenient but definitely needs proper landscaping to blend better with the area.

The facility is a community eyesore. It is rundown, littered / dirty, poorly landscaped, and is situated right in the middle of a higher-end residential neighborhood. It is convenient for those who live in these neighborhoods, but we sure wish the ownership would take more pride in the community and curb appeal of their property.

I know you can't control who rents and what they do while they have the truck. But a little air freshener would go a long way. Luckily it was a nice day so I just kept the windows down. Other than that all good.

I had a one-way that I used the U-Haul for nine hours. They charged me for two days and two days of insurance when I called to get refunded for the one day I did not use and the one day of insurance that I did not use they refuse to refund me. They said that was their policy that’s called a scam that’s called a rip off.

The truck I received at this location was sitting at about 3/4 a tank a gas didn’t feel like I should not be responsible for filling past 3/4 of a tank because it was already missing that when I got the truck! But I filled it up anyways.

When you reserve a truck Have the actual truck there They reserved me a phantom truck Had to rent a smaller truck which was not in engine running top performance The engine sounded like it was going to stall Literally not running on all cylinders Therefore the gas mileage was lower than expected 11 mile total trip. 3 gallons to return truck That’s 4mpg Guys. Get your shit together

Overall, it was a great facility for storage! The price could not be matched, it was clean, and secure. The only minor issue was that the space to maneuver our travel trailer was a little snug, but we managed. Otherwise, no issues.
