The truck performed well with the one exception being headlight alignment. They were aimed at the moon. Thankfully we had the tools with us to make the necessary adjustment. The booking, pickup and drop-off processes went very smoothly

Everything was pretty good. It took only about 10 minutes to sign the contract at the Beaumont ESSO, the photo process was a little slow as the app didn’t work real quick but eventually worked. (15 min) for the photo app that comes as part of the contract. There were many scratches, a few dents in the 15 foot UHaul truck and I didn’t want to get blamed so had to make sure the photos worked. Drop off took only 5 - 10 min TE line up at the til.

Patrick PThe cab and the outside of the vehicle was not cleaned but you know what I was eternally grateful for the use and how efficient and quick it was to get a rental and the price was right! It is equipped with a lock, the amount of storage the ramp included. It's just completely wonderful and better than those rental boxes that they move and charge every chance they get. I really respect and appreciate U-Haul!
