The truck i reserved wasn't there, so they gave me a larger truck for the same price they said.. Only to find out later they charged me for the bigger truck. Ya I won't be using them again

I arrived 15 minutes early to pickup my rental 10 foot rental truck. Upon inspection of the truck I discovered that one of the windshield wipers was not working. Fortunately there was another vehicle available. It was a 15 foot unit that made our move quite difficult. I booked the 10 foot vehicle due to the parking restrictions that we had at our destination. Using the 15 foot vehicle slowed us down and made loading the vehicle twice as difficult. Staff at the location were accommodating but I would have preferred the vehicle I originally reserved.
