Jeanette AManager offered me wet moving blankets and didn't tell me I needed to inspect the vehicle before leaving the lot. I only learned that after returning it. I was also charged an additional $88 that I can't find on any receipt. I will be contacting U-Haul for a refund.
Lain SI reserved a van. There were two vans parked there. But made me rent a big box truck instead. Why did I bother to reserve the van????
