When I made the reservation initially I was not paying attention and didn’t realize that I was getting charged for every mile. I’m not at all blaming the location, I understand now that U-Haul charges $1.19 per mile and I was just very stunned to see the final bill. I just wish that would’ve been clarified when checking in, I was going to be traveling about 90 miles out and 90 back, so I ended up paying like almost $315 for gas, miles and the truck with insurance so I was just very caught off guard, probably would’ve gone with another rental company if I had been aware. Again not anyone’s fault I just didn’t realize and wish it was reiterated to me at check in.
