Everything was good except fuel consumption of vehicle. I drove 13.5 miles and when I filled gas to make it full, it took $14.24 more than 4.5 gallon according to this calculation, milage for vehicle is within 3-4 mile per gallon even though I just transferred light weight sofa. Strange for me.

U-Haul representitve tried to outsell me an unnecessary and oversized truck by telling me there isn’t any truck of what I wanted. But after I showed him I found it at least one available on my phone, he told me that truck had scratches that people typically don’t want. All trucks have scratches but not all reps lie just to sell customers things they don’t need.

Better personnel at this location. I had to wait 45 minutes for a 17 foot truck when I reserved a 20 foot truck. Their systems were not working right. They waited to long to move to paper. They did not take customers in order. Very frustrating experience.

Have better customer service! The front desk woman (might be the owner) is extremely rude. She does not greet you, basically throws the keys and receipt at you and talks to you with a negative demeanor. Thanks to us, the customers, she has business- I believe she should take that into consideration! This location gives U-Haul a bad reputation!

I believe that I might have been overcharged because I did not cover that amount of mileage by just traveling from your site to Tigard and back. Anyway, there is nothing I can do about that now. Handing one's credit card number to someone definitely puts that person at risk of extortion.

We waited in the front lobby for about 10 minutes before needing to go find someone. Took another few minutes for him to get back inside. Took a phone call before assisting us. He had my ID in front of him and still managed to print out the wrong paperwork which took him 20 minutes to print out in the first place. We got there at about 10:05 and didn’t get out of there till 10:45. Clean truck but never going back.

Have the team go for customer service training, the lady upfront didn't really want to help us at all , when I went to return the vehicle she was like i am busy right now and I will do the inspection later and send you the bill.

This location is beautifully maintained and you can tell the team working there are making an effort to maintain a hospitable office. It's definitely improved over time. The cab of the van was not well maintained in my opinion. I rent cars weekly and think the team should be keeping the windows clean. Dashboard wiped down and wiper blades in good working order. In the van we rented, with over 114k miles, I question if the wiper blades have ever been changed. The window was filthy inside and out and the cab was covered with dust and grime.

They were so rude from beginning to end!! I also filled up the gas tank to full which I was told to do even though when I got the uhaul it was a quarter empty. She refused to reimburse me so she said well I guess you paid for the next customers gas!!! So incredibly rude absolutely NO customer service!!!!! I will never return and will be spreading the word to everybody not to go there as well. Grumpy front desk lady and the old man there is extremely mean and rude as well because I asked them to put their dog up who was laying in the parking lot by front entrance on NO leash. I have a fear of digs and they were so rude and mean to me about it! Just an unbelievable horrible experience!!!!! I would like to speak to someone in upper management please.

The manager, June, asked how many miles we'd be riding but failed to mention that they'd be charging per mile. I suppose there's some onus on the customer to read the paperwork while signing. Still felt a little deceived though.

Rental went fine. I ended up filling lot more gas than required. I was not explained that before renting. I went to ask some questions regarding that and explanation why I have to fill up 5 gallon for 39 miles of usage. The lady was extremely rude and didn't want to talk anything about it. There was another person who was I initially rude too but explained how it works. He said he will do something but nothing happened. I would stay away from these guys in future.

The pre-check in process was super easy, however, the software upgrade that U-Haul regional was in the process of rolling out made it very, very, very difficult for the U-Haul agent at the office to process the required paperwork. Either the page(s) would freeze, or would take forever to load no matter how hard he tried. I give the in-store U-Haul agent an A+ for his effort and patience, and the executive in charge of planning and rolling out the update an F-.
