This location is beautifully maintained and you can tell the team working there are making an effort to maintain a hospitable office. It's definitely improved over time. The cab of the van was not well maintained in my opinion. I rent cars weekly and think the team should be keeping the windows clean. Dashboard wiped down and wiper blades in good working order. In the van we rented, with over 114k miles, I question if the wiper blades have ever been changed. The window was filthy inside and out and the cab was covered with dust and grime.

They were so rude from beginning to end!! I also filled up the gas tank to full which I was told to do even though when I got the uhaul it was a quarter empty. She refused to reimburse me so she said well I guess you paid for the next customers gas!!! So incredibly rude absolutely NO customer service!!!!! I will never return and will be spreading the word to everybody not to go there as well. Grumpy front desk lady and the old man there is extremely mean and rude as well because I asked them to put their dog up who was laying in the parking lot by front entrance on NO leash. I have a fear of digs and they were so rude and mean to me about it! Just an unbelievable horrible experience!!!!! I would like to speak to someone in upper management please.

The manager, June, asked how many miles we'd be riding but failed to mention that they'd be charging per mile. I suppose there's some onus on the customer to read the paperwork while signing. Still felt a little deceived though.

Rental went fine. I ended up filling lot more gas than required. I was not explained that before renting. I went to ask some questions regarding that and explanation why I have to fill up 5 gallon for 39 miles of usage. The lady was extremely rude and didn't want to talk anything about it. There was another person who was I initially rude too but explained how it works. He said he will do something but nothing happened. I would stay away from these guys in future.

The pre-check in process was super easy, however, the software upgrade that U-Haul regional was in the process of rolling out made it very, very, very difficult for the U-Haul agent at the office to process the required paperwork. Either the page(s) would freeze, or would take forever to load no matter how hard he tried. I give the in-store U-Haul agent an A+ for his effort and patience, and the executive in charge of planning and rolling out the update an F-.

Renting a vehicle was a ridiculous and long drawn out debacle... obsurd, poor customer service & regularly mishandled information was presented! Confirmation was misrepresented & falsely translated-be very careful for details!!!

I think you do a great job! Have used you 3 times in the last 5 years. The gentleman in the office, wish I could remember his name, is great. Very welcoming, helpful, funny, and entertaining while still being professional! Always have the truck I reserved clean and ready to go! Easy check in, pick up and return!

There is not enough space on this form to list all my complaints. The guy running the place has no clue what he's doing (aside from looking like he just got out of bed). He actually called me a half hour prior to my reservation not to ask if anything was needed, but to tell me not to be late because he was going to lunch soon and the office would be closed. Really? Then he directed me to the wrong vehicle (twice). I could go on and on, but just thinking about it is making my blood pressure rise. The place is a total disaster and embarrassment.

Vehicle not available on time reserved. No communication of non availablility and person at location has no concern and no courtesy of apology for inconvenience to customers. Backup camara not working and same behavior when reported.



Absolutely love this facility, and have rented equipment a number of times here. They are convenient, friendly (Bonnie, the dog, is adorable), very efficient and helpful. Old-fashioned, goodnatured customer service at it's best! Thank you for another great truck rental experience.

The location was unwelcoming. The employee who helped me was not friendly and acted as if I was inconveniencing her at time of rental. Upon returning my vehicle, she waited 1 1/2 hours before checking in my rental and issuing me a final receipt. I would not rent from this location again.

Always an easy pick up and drop off when you reserve ahead of time online. The front desk customer service rep is very efficient and friendly. As a HS Drama teacher I often have to move large items, racks of costumes, etc. and she always remembers me, which I appreciate.

So. Idk who I talked to on the phone but it must have been a different person than whom I dealt with in the store. Not only was he condescending, but the furniture dolly I requested was not offered to me while I was there and I didn’t know I had to ask for it I thought it would be presented or inside the truck. And I got charged for it. And the guy inside said he would remove it from my bill but I was still charged. Super rude. Super poor customer service skills talking down to me like I should have known to open my email and enter ADDITIONAL information. Person on phone did not inform me. Person in store made me feel super awful about it so. Won’t be returning to this uhaul location.
