We were overcharged for mileage and received a 20 dollar credit towards our next uhaul purchase. I am still not sure we will ever use uhaul again. Please make sure that the customer gets to actually read the odometer before and afterwards to prevent this happening to someone else.

The office person upon check in was unpleasant. The truck i rented stank like cigarettes. It was hard to drive the truckfor the smell. I ended up returning the truck after 3 hours snd went somewhere else to rent another van.

RIPOFF - I said 3 TIMES I did not want insurance, but they STUCK me with it anyway; did not notice until after I got the truck they had tacked on the insurance. Even though I CHECKED IN ONLINE (and said NO INSURANCE there too!), it still took 1/2 hour to get a van, (with just 1 person in front of me!). The office Smelled Terrible! Not sure that the heck? It would be SO EASY to fix these issues; UHAUL needs to STOP FORCING people to get the insurance, and this location needs to get their act together, and get more efficient. 1/2 hour per customer is ridiculous.

The lady at the counter seemed very annoyed to be there and was a little curt with us. All of the information I entered for express check-in was not there so what a huge waste of time - and I had declined insurance online, but it did not carry forward.

Even though I filled out forms and paid online it took 40 minutes between the time I walked in the office and hooked up the trailer. I was The only one there. The person behind the desk had several issues entering my information. The whole process seemed needlessly complicated.

The reservation specialist that helped me from the general Uhaul number was distracted and ended up making several mistakes. Poor rating on her, but great experience with the local pick-up location and personnel.

Charlie was not customer service orientated and was rude and was very slow and I checked in online so it wouldn't take so long and I had to keep telling him it's in there in a the system we must hv been in 30+ minutes and there was no one there . I also asked him about the insurance and I didn't want to get it and he already put it in there then at the end I asked him how much he swiped my card for and he said it not important and after a silence for a few seconds he didn't look at me and I said excuse me ?....he maybe thought he was being funny but I was not amused and I will never do service with him again! I didn't mention all the stuff he went on and on about but I just wanted to get moving and it was like he was keeping us there on purpose.??

Mass confusion and not easy to deal with. The lady who I started a repoire with passed me off to a guy while I was trying to deal with their new technology. Then the guy went missing when I told him I needed a few minutes and would be right in. Then I got passed back to the lady and when I told her their technology did not work- I asked her to check me in in person and she shrugged it off and gave me the keys like I was good to go and that it was "on them". Hours later I get a call from the guy that I'm not checked out and then 2 more calls from others tracking down the truck, etc, making it a circus for ME. So no, it wasn't 'on them', it was on ME and made it a complete headache. Ben the manager for U-haul tried to make things right. But then when I returned the Uhaul the original guy from location was super unhelpful and telling me to go through a locked gate,etc....while I was trying to unload a few big items into my car. Really jerky dude and I am so over this location. Rent from Uhaul often all over too.
