I often rent vans from this place, and they are in excellent condition and everything is very convenient and this is the best place in the city! The staff is the best, I love everyone.

Stephen OWhen picked up the U-Haul, it was parked near a tree so taking pictures of the passenger side was difficult bc the tree was in the way Also there should be a policy where the U-Haul is returned full gas (or at least half full). I got mine at a quarter tank, I don’t know how many miles that would take me so I went to Costco gas station and the guy filled it for me all the way and it ended up costing me $138!! If I received the U-Haul full I wouldn’t have had to get gas as soon as I picked it up. I could’ve done it at the end after I’m done moving. The last thing I want to do before moving is getting gas. It’s so stupid that I had to figure that out when I’m stressed about moving! Now U-Haul gets all that gas money and I barely used it. I returned the truck with full gas and lost money bc of lack of policy
YOUSEF GThe clerk told me to move the truck from Sunset's driveway to a public spot parallel to the curb. A Sunset employee should have done that. A customer should only have to leave it in the driveway, because big vehicles like that are so unwieldy, especially when parallel-parking. Other than that, it was great.
