Mobile check in was not enabled. I had to call main office to get that fixed. Appliance dolly I ordered was not in truck, just a small light-duty version. I had to rent one from Home Depot to get my gun safe moved. Also, moving blankets I ordered were not included. These were items I paid for and never received. Mobile pickup is a great idea in concept, makes the process easier. In this case, it just made my whole move harder than it should have been. Not your finest hour.

The trailer was missing the trailer jack, which made it very hard to lift and move the trailer into place.
