My rental was gassed up, clean, and ready to go at the time promised. The U-Haul representative was very friendly and knowledgeable, answering all my questions. This experience helped reduce the stress out of the moving process.

The lady was nice, but there was a problem with return. It was never returned correctly and we had 4 days later calls and charges from Uhaul. I am not blaming the location. It was Uhaul administration that made errors. It was resolved but what a hassle
Wallace FWe were charged for 40 miles due to the person who checked us outs estimate. We only had to go pick up a couch and back, and went approximately 20 miles. We put gas in it since it was low when we got it ( 8.5 gallons) unfortunately we did not check it when we left the uhaul location. This was the most impersonal location ever. Won’t use them again.

Dennis GWatch out for these crooks… Make sure you document with photos EVERYTHING including mileage and fuel level… The bums tried to charge me an additional $50 for “low fuel level” on return even though i returned the truck with fuel level WELL ABOVE pick up !!!
