NEVONNIA JThe bed of the druck was dirty and i had to sweep it out. When I picked the vehicle up the representative acknowled that the cab of the truck was dirty, which it was. I returned the vehicle in a cleaner condition than I got it and they still charged me a $25 dollar cleaning fee, not sure why they did that. I feel like i was ripped off. Poor customer service.
