The guy that checked us out he was a life saver, he helped when he didn’t have to after hours. The lady I talked to Thursday gave me wrong information about codes and my mom being able to pick it up without me there. So she made the experience more stressful. She needs to go back over the policy so this doesn’t happen again I believe her name was Tina. she did give me an extra day for free and an extra hundred miles but she did tell me that my mom could pick it up for me without me being there and that was the wrong thing she could not do that because she could not get into the gate to get the truck and then I had to be there

I have rented this van on several occasions. The time before this I noticed the van making a very loud sound and noted it on my return. Several months have passed and the van still is making the same sound. While I like this van for the size, I won’t be able to return if I can’t trust it isn’t being maintained. I can’t afford for a breakdown on a deadline sensitive job.

After considering the alternative, I decided to use the 24/7 self-service rental option, and it worked out perfectly. From my previous rentals, I have always found the U-Haul staff to be pleasant, courteous, and professional. This experience was no different. The 24/7 pickup process was convenient, easy to use, and allowed me to stay on schedule for my event. Kudos to the entire staff for consistently providing outstanding customer service and a great rental experience. I will definitely continue to use and recommend U-Haul in the future.
