I have rented this van on several occasions. The time before this I noticed the van making a very loud sound and noted it on my return. Several months have passed and the van still is making the same sound. While I like this van for the size, I won’t be able to return if I can’t trust it isn’t being maintained. I can’t afford for a breakdown on a deadline sensitive job.

The 24/7 pickup process was convenient, easy to use, and allowed me to stay on schedule for my event.
