I drove the truck a total of 7 miles. Put in $5 of gasoline which is 1.3 gallons of gas. When I got back to turn the truck in the guy charged me an extra $7 for gas.. How in the hell does that make sense. What is the mpg of the pickup truck? So you're telling me to go 7 miles it takes $12 of gasoline? Ridiculous

The gas tank was NOT FULL when I picked it up I put 13 miles on this truck and when I returned the truck I was penalized because the tank wasn't full from the previous customer and I was charged $33 This is ridiculous Other than that my experience was great But I should NOT be responsible for another customers actions

I was told that I would receive a refund if I returned a day early. I did not receive the refund. I returned to this store and after checking my account was told that the returning store did not click a return box and I would need to contact 800-go-uhaul. After waiting for over 45 minutes on the phone was told there are no refunds for one way rentals.
