Several issues with truck. Gas mileage was incorrect. Rented for 650 miles and was not satisfied with ride. Transmission seemed to be going out as truck would not switch gears properly. Gasket on doors coming off. Windshield wiper missing and passenger seat was rocking the entire ride.

Eetech WThe truck drove horrible. It kept staying in the same high gear and would randomly break while driving without my foot on the brake.
Ashtyn VThese people are the worst! Per mile it was supposed to be $.79 gas I put in the same amount as when I left it in the beginning. The representative at the store was a jerk and the other time I rented from the store, he was a jerk. He stated he’s just the middleman. Nothing is his problem. I have to deal with U-Haul directly. I will never use your company ever again and I’ve used you guys three times in the last year.
