LADISLAVA CA friendlier staff would be welcome. I've rented at the Factoria location before and the main guy who works the desk is always very short with me, unfriendly, and unhelpful. He shuts you down when you talk, and comes across impatient and angry. A low expansive communicator who doesn't give you much information or help take the guesswork out of things without irritation. Some of the other guys are very nice however and go out of their way to help. For this reason alone I give this place 2 stars. Also seems like we have to repeat doing the driver's licence details over again even afterproviding it on the web or app.
