There seemed to be some confusion with employees not knowing how to help with reserving a u haul. It took a long time to get a reservation made. Then when I went to pick it up there was still more that had to be processed before I could take the van. It worked out in the end but perhaps more training should be done.

When I went to pickup the trailer and checked the lights, there was no left turn signal. The person who came out of the store said he didn't know how to test it, I showed him how to disconnect the wiring plug but all he did was try to reconnect the bulb, he could not do that, so I did . Blinker didn't he just told me to use hand signals and walked back to the store. When I went into the store to finish paperwork, everyone in the store thought it was a big joke that the turn signal did not work, Very unprofessional and very disappointed.

Was supposed to get truck in Salina which threw timing way off so I lost my helpers to load and now I have back problems. This move was a total disaster and I need some form of reimbursement before I seek legal action.
