I used the phone support to pick up truck
JOHN JI rented a trailer and I needed a 2" ball. I was told I needed to go buy one. I came back the next day only to find out thet sold them there. I was also told the 2nd day that I needed an electrical adapter. I wasted a lot of time and money. I won't be renting there again.
