This location served me well. But the driver side floor was dirty. The attendant did note this so I wouldn’t get blamed.

KACEY ETrailer running lights did not work. Employee tried to explain it away but in further checking at home, they did not work. I called them 3 times to find out how to resolve the problem and they never returned my call. I called road service and Tony from Tony's Service came promptly. He found the wiring on the trailer was a mess but fixed it in the rain. He also did a visual inspection of the rest of the trailer and found a broken leaf spring. He then found another trailer 15 miles away and brought that trailer to my house and took the bad trailer. Asset Storage should have never let that trailer leave their lot with a customer. Tony's Service in South Beloit IL went provided superior service and ought to be commended.
