Was closed when we picked up an couldn’t find code to get in lock box.we had to call a talk to rep. Either didn’t get email with code or it was not sent or email didn’t work.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThis has nothing to do with the pick up location I used but does concern my interaction with the U-Haul reservation system. 2 days prior to pick up, I was informed that the original location I chose would not the trailer I reserved a month in advance. I was asked to go to a different location that was out of my way and at a later time. This would have delayed my departure which was unacceptable. I had to completely alter my trip to accommodate U-Haul’s inability to fulfill a reservation, VERY DISAPPOINTED!!
