False advertisement. I was advised I would pay $.99 a mile and then my charges were $1.29 per mile plus I picked this location for easy pick up and I was switched to a different location clear cross town at a barbershop dealer which in my opinion was unprofessional of U-Haul. I will not be choosing U-Haul for my next moving needs.
