The truck was out of wiper fluid which isn’t great during the winter. The location manager, Kelly, was very friendly and helpful. 5 stars for her. The system has some flaws though. I picked the truck up on a Sunday. Cell service was poor and the app wasn’t working. I had to call the 24/7 number but they couldn’t check me out. All they could do was find me a truck on a kit hee location. Not convenient. I was going to drive somehwere to get a signal to complete the check in but they said I had to be onsite to do it. So I just kept trying. Took about 45 minutes to get the check in to work. Never could do it on the app. Had to go through the website. Your 24/7 line needs to be able to check people in. What a hassle.
