They couldn’t find the key to the truck that was assigned. Then they charged us for insurance and we didn’t take it and then they charged us for gas when we filled it back to a quarter of tank the way we received it.
RAUNELL HThis site could not provide all material included in the reservation and there was not notification on line that this site could not provide the supplies. I had to locate another location to obtain the reserved supplies.
