Had to use the force driving the truck because the windshield never defrosted. But that is too be expected if the vent fan doesn't work having to roll the windows down during summer is one thing but no heat during winter is some bull shit

RICKY HKarl opened promptly at 9. Karl was not excited to see me. Karl inquired as to why I did not use the app. I responded that I preferred the traditional experience. Karl was chipper, professional but displeased by my response. I have analyzed this negative encounter and believe that Uhaul is not emphasizing customer service to these vendors as they now expect every customer to be an employee.
Joshua ZTruck was filthy, had to be mopped. Attendant was not there, waited over 20 mins
