I feel that we got fast help in spite of picking up the truck at a busy time. They got us in and out pretty quickly.

The cargo van hadn't been cleaned in a while. Super dusty cab, dirty cargo area & even an old french fry under the driver's seat. That being said, the gentleman helping us was really nice, efficient, and helpful. The process was easy and we appreciated the quick help. We booked the van and picked it up within 30 minutes.

I actually had to pick up my equipment at two locations as it was not ready when I arrived. I rented a truck and an AT. The fuel listed on my contract was not the same as the gas gauge in the truck and I had to pay extra for fuel that was not listed on the contract.

Staff not in office for one hour when I arrived with truck return. had to park in driveway & use drop box.

Drop off location: I got a call from UHaul the day after I had dropped off the truck (dropped off before contractual deadline), suggesting drop off location was slow in processing (I.e outside UHaul quidelines) receipt of truck return.

There was apparently no space to drop off a truck as one was in the entrance when I arrived blocking access to parking.

The truck stunk of cigarette smoke. Also, the cruise control did not work because it had sticky stuff all over it.

Google maps sent me to a different location(not anyplace with uhaul vehicles). When I finally found the place I couldn't self register because of a phone setting and spent 30 minutes to get things right. Then there was no vehicle assigned to me for my reservation! Van was filthy and full of animal hair and I have bad animal allergies! This was an awful experience and feel I should be re-imbursed for all my troubles! Brian Grant (360)618-2026

Super easy, had what we needed and off we went.

The truck I received I was not told it had no cruise control. So I drove 20 hours without it. Then the car hauler trailer was the oldest in the fleet. Had a tire blow out on it in LA traffic. Worst experience in 28 years of using uhaul. Never again!!!

Steve and his staff were better than terrific! We only used the truck for one day for a local fundraising event and it made our work so much more efficient. We will rent there again.

Steve and the new girl Bailey at Alliance storage are the best people to ever rent a U-Haul from

I did the online signup for the rental. Unknown to me, the location I thought I was applying for the rental was not the actual location assigned to me by the online application process. So when I showed up for my rental the desk there knew nothing about me or my application. Fortunately, the location did have the correct size truck for me and I was able to get things done with only a 30 minute delay. Your online process is flawed if I could think I was renting from one location and it was not made perfectly clear to me at that time that I was being assigned to a completely different location. There was another customer at this same location who had a similar experience. He rented a truck from one location but got there and found out they did not have a truck for him at that location so he had to go to another location for the actual rental. It appears your online process needs a lot of work.
