Woke up to a couple voicemails from U-Haul explaining my reservation was changed to a third location due to a person holding on to the rented U-Haul longer than their allotted time. The women who called and notified me were super helpful and directed me on the new location for pickup. Kord (?) at the front desk of Alliance Storage was super unhelpful and made the experience more stressful. At check in Kord asked if I did the check in process on my phone. When I told him no, he tossed his cell phone on the metal desk, rolled his eyes and asked for the name on the reservation. My friend and I tried to joke with him about taking the U-Haul to Mexico to start a new life. Kord’s response was, I don’t care what you do with the vehicle once it leaves the lot. This was a weird response but my friend and I ignored it. When asked for a third person to put on the rental, I asked Kord why was that third person was necessary. Kord again answered with I don’t care but we need a third person listed. My friend then interjected to try and explain U-Hauls policy. I did let Kord know I’m glad he doesn’t care but as the customer, I am asking for my own sake. Kord never answered my question. So not only did Kord make the moving process more stressful but he was unhelpful, unprofessional and rude the whole time we interacted with him. Quite frankly, we didn’t want to be at his location either but the pickup location got moved last minute. If Kord doesn’t care to be helping the customers, please find somebody that can be more useful. If I am asked to switch my pickup location to Alliance Storage again, I will decline. Moving is stressful already. I don’t need the added stress of an employee at Alliance Storage being rude while trying to acquire their services.

CATHERINE WHad to use the force driving the truck because the windshield never defrosted. But that is too be expected if the vent fan doesn't work having to roll the windows down during summer is one thing but no heat during winter is some bull shit
