I drove the truck on my yard to get the ramp aimed at my front door. It sunk into my yard. I call U-haul customer service to get a tow truck to pull it out for me. They charged $450.00 to pull it 8 feet. The tow driver was at my house for lease than 5 min total time. The price seems way high for the distance and the time spent.
