I selected pickup at one location and drop off at another, it prompted me with options one being a van so I chose it. And after renting it and dropping it off, I get a call from a police officer saying it had been stolen. After dealing with that you send me a bill for 350 dollars after using it for 33 miles and an hour and 10 minutes.
Tyler WUsed my app and it did not recognize my location. Had to call 800 number and had to wait 20 minutes to talk to someone. Than took another hour to get my code to pick up truck. Office was closed for the holiday. I had to pay an extra 2 hours for my UHaul helper because of this.

LEE Hsun visor on the driver's side would not stay up and kept falling down and partially blocking the driver's view. Needs to be fixed
Sylvan RWas very disappointed the vehicle AC did not work. It was 90 degrees outside and moving gets hot. Was bad having to drive with windows down. Then told when I returned it I could not get a break or discount. Should have used budget.

MICHELLE BI drove the truck on my yard to get the ramp aimed at my front door. It sunk into my yard. I call U-haul customer service to get a tow truck to pull it out for me. They charged $450.00 to pull it 8 feet. The tow driver was at my house for lease than 5 min total time. The price seems way high for the distance and the time spent.
MATTHEW WVery kind. I left documents in my rental after I had returned it. I came back the following day and they were nice and prompt to help me retrieve it.

mike kThe young man working on Saturday did an amazing job; however he was working alone, and it was busy. This is the second time I’ve gone to this location, and the same young man was there. Additional help is needed on Saturdays.
DEITRA AMy problem was with the booking process. I got passed to three different locations after booking the reservation before finally having to land on this one. Was not notified until the day before that I would need to change my hours or location. I had already hired help so I had to change location. This added extra miles I had to pay for. In addition I received the wrong dolly’s and the guy didn’t even look at my reservation to see what I had reserved. Didn’t get the most expensive dolly I paid for. Overall I felt price gouged and I was at UHauls mercy.
SHELBY Dfirst of all, the ONLY good thing was Sam. He was friendly and helpful. As to the rest of the experience , it was terrible ! 1.) the truck ............... it was filthy the DRIVER side sun visor was extremely damaged. not only could not use it because the right hand clip was but that meant missing,
KURT AThey kept calling me even after we dropped off the U-Haul and I expected the case to be closed and then they call me almost a month later to close out the contract and I thought it was already closed out! Then on top of they made me assume that they charged me twice because they didn't charge me until the 13th of December and I thought they charged me on the 13th of November but they didn't which is what I expected to begin with. They didn't charge me twice and that's great but they wouldn't stop bothering me and also when you give someone a U-Haul truck make sure the brakes actually work!

Jamie SThe truck needs some upgrades for customers using it to drive long distances (power windows, cruise control) worst of all was a roof leak we were Unaware of which ended up destroying many of our boxes and personal items with rust stains.

MARTHA GRenting a truck was easy and fast. The customer service at my location was great! My MIL has a storage unit here and we have one elsewhere. This Uhaul storage didn’t exist when we needed a unit. I am very jealous of hers to say the least. It is very clean, temp controlled and easy access.
JULIE PThe employee was friendly and helpful. The equipment, however, had a completely missing brake light on the right side and the wheels appeared to be tilted. I have photos of this.

MATTHEW MFront desk guy at check in wasn’t the easiest to communicate with. When I would tell him something, my husband would have to repeat me like he didnt hear me but only on select items. But it did happen multiple times. He was also 40 minutes late and put us behind on our day.
LISA YThere was a slight problem with the app as it wouldn't take a picture of one side of the trailer. Also the passenger side brake light on the trailer worked intermittently, and the ABS and check skid control light in the truck came on while driving.

STEAVEN ALock to the ramp would not close and the cables to the back door unwind so the door would not stay open. Made it 50 yards from the location before having problems.
JORDAN MThe personnel at the Benton location are fabulous, specifically to include Nick. However, the regionally maintained equipment (truck) was terrible at best. The truck was extremely loud inside the cab and seems to have an exhaust leak that attenuated the engine noise. The weather stripping around the driver's door fell down several times when opening the door. The brakes seemed to be a safety hazard and were slow at stopping the truck. The trick was delivered dirty and had terrible insect residue on the front and windshield, not to mention the exterior body damage in several areas all around the truck. If I was presented with a truck in this condition in the future, I would never use U-Haul again.

PAMELA TSuper easy drop off process. I was a bit surprised to see that the drop off location wasn’t secured. I was kicking myself for not taking a photo after we parked in a spot in case it went missing. Dropping a trailer that isn’t yours off in an unsecured location at 9:30 pm with no one around is a bit strange but it is what it is.
