Pick up and drop off confusing since the drop box and pick up location are not in the same area. I parked the truck in the lot I picked it up in I guess this is the correct place. I took my stuff to the car and the app went off where I could take pics of the vehicle before I got the pictures.
Jamie MThe app is awful when taking the photos of the truck. Freezes up and doesn’t accept the photos. Took extra 15 minutes of my time
Natasha DAfter I dropped the truck off at the location as agreed and put the key in the drop box they charged me $201 to make another key when they got their key and I provided them with pictures of that. Not a good way to do business
