The app is awful when taking the photos of the truck. Freezes up and doesn’t accept the photos. Took extra 15 minutes of my time

After I dropped the truck off at the location as agreed and put the key in the drop box they charged me $201 to make another key when they got their key and I provided them with pictures of that. Not a good way to do business

Nicholas TI dont like the false pricing, It started as 19.95 and ended costing 61.00 !!! How is that a savings? Everything was in town, couldnt have been cheaper if i had lived right next to either truck rental or storage facility!
