After I dropped the truck off at the location as agreed and put the key in the drop box they charged me $201 to make another key when they got their key and I provided them with pictures of that. Not a good way to do business

Nicholas TI dont like the false pricing, It started as 19.95 and ended costing 61.00 !!! How is that a savings? Everything was in town, couldnt have been cheaper if i had lived right next to either truck rental or storage facility!

Pam JThe app was awful to work with. Unless updated, I will not be using the app again. I had to retake photos many times before being able to check out the van. When submitting the odometer photo, the whole process would reset.
