Everything was perfect, from the pickup (quick and easy, friendly staff, information and helpful. Price was clearly indicated and same as i was quoted) drop off location, though closed, was clearly marked where the uhaul key drop was (parked it by the other uhauls, several hundred feet from the initial building, they have a large property!) 10/10, everything was great. Was fun to WIND DOWN the window, everything analog and "old school" but well maintained and she gave me no issues on the hour plus drive!

I did a drop off with the store was not open on Mondays

Charlene SReserved a one way truck 3 weeks prior to move. Was quoted a price. U haul called the day before the move stating the truck was unavailable. Had to go elsewhere for pick up of a smaller truck which had to now be 2 way. Charged more then double do to milage. Not happy about it at all.
karen cThe lights never worked properly. The pigtail had clearly been dragged on the ground before I got the trailer. Finally was able to get the tail lights to work but the running lights never did.
