WENDY WThey best the Mgr came outside and connected everything did a light safety check and we were of to do our pick up.
DOUGLAS RIf a truck is not available at the location requested by the client (Gorham, NH instead of Berlin, NH in this case), at least offer to give the customer some free miles to offset the increased cost incurred by the extra miles driven in the truck and the pick-up vehicle.
