First I would like to say it was JC towing in Berlin New Hampshire who helped us the most! She called U-Haul and gave me her personal number to call if they didn't call back with a vehicle of our choice. We were not happy with Jericho outdoor despite it being our first stop! He adamantly told us he had no vehicles available, taking this at face value we went to JC towing who went above and beyond helping us with our request. Ultimately, we picked up our 15 ft moving van from Jericho outdoor, who immediately stated to us as we walked through his doors, and I quote: "I didn't rent you a U-Haul!" I replied, no you didn't, U-Haul did, and told us to pick it up here! But it was JC towing in Berlin who actually helped us, not you. I do not recommend Jericho outdoor as a U-Haul rep l., but I do recommend JC towing in Berlin New Hampshire as they are very accommodating and extremely helpful! Nice job JC towing!! We recognize and see your effort! And thank you U-Haul for having our backs during this move!
Ann MEverything was perfect, from the pickup (quick and easy, friendly staff, information and helpful. Price was clearly indicated and same as i was quoted) drop off location, though closed, was clearly marked where the uhaul key drop was (parked it by the other uhauls, several hundred feet from the initial building, they have a large property!) 10/10, everything was great. Was fun to WIND DOWN the window, everything analog and "old school" but well maintained and she gave me no issues on the hour plus drive!
