Then next morning went to the Drop-off location (Cleaned it out took pictures of everything) HERE is another thing U-Haul need to do (The town they told me was 16 miles from my home to drop-off location was 16 miles) I am 10 miles that town plus 21 real miles (Here the drop-off location is a extra 8 miles) total of 39 miles that is 23 more miles you might get to paid $1+ per mile over the max millages U-Haul gives you anything over that you pay $. U-Haul charged me for the car dolly fenders be damaged, so IF I was remined/told by the person at the pick-up to send in the pictures I would not have been charged $ on my CC

As usual, the independently owned businesses were great to work with, but corporate U-Haul has their head up their ass. Corporate sent me an email that I hadn’t returned the U-Haul trailer when in fact I was waiting at the drop off location before they opened that day!
KEITH GI recommend having the alignment checked on the equipment. The wheel pulls really bad to the left although the truck is going straight. Also one of the driver side tires doesn’t look normal compared to other U-Haul vehicles.

DAVID GI dropped off at a 24/7 location when the shop was closed, so I had no contact with staff. Everything was fine.
