Mark BI was not able to talk with the owners/operators of Bedford Falls on this night, but I have before, and they are very, very considerate of their customer's needs. I did, however, talk with a U-Haul rep on the phone at the 1-800 number, and she was very polite and helpful as well. Many thanks for making sure that my drop-off went without a "hitch"... that was a dad joke - and should probably be U-Haul's next big ad campaign! There's no charge for the marketing idea, but maybe a lifetime of free rentals when I might need additional equipment could be worked out!!!!! :) Chip Bemis
Harold BThe price increased $150 from my original quote for a toy hauler because one wasn’t available within 100 miles. I was forced to drive 40 miles further and rent an auto transport and no one pointed out that the cost increased. The location could not print a contract and ask me to look at their computer monitor.
RICHARD OLike always a little cheaper but it was excellent service the price was good & didn’t have any problems either
