Stephen bThere was no customer service provided. This was a horrible experience. As a woman, they typically have equipment to assist with installing the trailer. There was no onsite help at all. I had to pick the trailer up off the ground and place it on my trailer hitch. Of all the years that I have done business with U-Haul, this is not good business practice. I would never recommend this place.
Veronica tThere was no one to help us with hooking up the car hauler, moving it out, or checking the lights. We were charged for insurance that we did not agree to and did not get refund for returning a day earlier that return date.
