There was no one to help us with hooking up the car hauler, moving it out, or checking the lights. We were charged for insurance that we did not agree to and did not get refund for returning a day earlier that return date.

As I used the remote app for pick up and drop off, it was hard to rate the service at either place…but someone from Foley Custom Guns did come out and ask if I needed any assistance (prior to their store opening) - which was really nice of them.
