You guys charged us a gas fee and for gas when we left it with more gas than was Origionally in it!!! 😡😡😡

The experience was fine. It was the only location we could get the truck we needed. The pick up was easy enough. The interior of the truck could use some cleaning and the truck ran a bit rough.

Dorothy MFirst off, they did not put my return city correct, over charged me when I had rental all set and paid for online, guy was informed of his error and said oh just find your nearest uhaul and drop off, don't EVEr let them tell you that. I tried 3 different locations that would not accept my return of equipment, so I called uhaul and Randy told me to drop it off at a location and when I get there call customer service and they will do an after hours return. Well that did not work either, lady I spoke to said I would need to call scheduling the next day? I called scheduling and the first lady i spoke with was not sure what to do, she put me on hold and I ended up having to call back again because I was on hold so long it went back to customer service. I called scheduling again and finally got a very helpful gentleman who resolved everything for me. And I finally got the email that equipment was returned. Needless to say the whole adventure was a shitshow.
