How U-Haul Reviews WorkI didn't know it had no jack to crank it up and only had my wife with me to pick it up and that was an earful to say the least when she had to help lift it. It had 1 low tire that we put air in it 3 different times and the tire finally shred. During the inspection of the shred tire my wife told me she had noticed the bent rim on the other side at pickup and figured I knew about it. I didn't. The Boerne imports showed it to me as well. He stated had he seen the bent rim then he would not have taken the trailer. Live and learn. We also scheduled for a different pickup location, but no one was there, but we called uhaul who stated our pickup was a different location?
STEPHEN CUhaul moved my pickup location even though i had a reservation. The new location was 20 minutes away. The truck i reserved was not available and i got a larger truck and had to pay more. I had not choice. VERY Poor service by Uhaul. I would not recommend Uhaul to anyone.
WINFRED SYou guys charged us a gas fee and for gas when we left it with more gas than was Origionally in it!!! 😡😡😡
Jennifer HThe experience was fine. It was the only location we could get the truck we needed. The pick up was easy enough. The interior of the truck could use some cleaning and the truck ran a bit rough.
