The wonderful people that have this U-Haul facility were amazing! It was so nice to deal with people that truly know what southern hospitality is! Definitely the best of many U-Haul places I have rented/dropped off at. A+++++

ASHLEY MWould you consider allowing the same daily rates to be applied when needing a one way rental where the customer can return the unit at a different location?
STEPHEN SThe location in Bessemer was quite inconvenient for me to pick up the trailer. Several places were closer but either time place opened or app said there was not a trailer available. Besides that all was well.
MICHAEL MThe stated business hours show this facility closes at 5:00 PM. We arrived at 4:45 Wed 11/26. They were closed. We called Uhaul after attempting several times to use the Uhaul app and got approval to drop the trailer at this location. The rental still showed active on my app as of 12/1. I contacted Uhaul and confirmed the trailer was off rent. I then got an additional $20 charge for after hours drop off.
