they need to know what the new toy hauler is and the tie straps that go with it, I had to go to two different stores to get the straps

jona mNo one was there at the drop off, a bit of a tight squeeze
Rochelle LFarr Hardware should not be allowed to be a Uhaul location. I am a 5 foot tall 55 year old female. I rented a 6 x 12 trailer. When I got there the guy told me to move to a different register which I did. He asked for my ID and credit card, then never said another word. Handed me my stuff back and said it is outside. I was confused and asked who was going to hook it up to my vehicle and he said you are. I told him I could not do that it was too heavy, he said it was my problem. I went a tried and could not budge it. I was able to ask two guys that stopped for gas to help me. He never asked me anything about adding insurance, and just added $25 to my bill. I would that refunded. He never gave me a receipt or a paper with my receipt. (first time I've ever not gotten something in print) I did know he had charged me $25 until I returned the trailer. He was rude and I will NEVER RENT FROM UHAUL AGAIN if I have to deal with Farr Hardware. I've used Uhaul for years and have NEVER been treated like I was treated there. I would have had to leave without the trailer if those two guys had not come by. I was given no instruction, no help, and the guy was so rude to me.
