I had reserved a truck to transport items from my late mother's house. My reservation had been transferred to another location, but I arrived at Tony's not realizing that I had opened the wrong email. Without even knowing the difficult time that I was having, Tony took the time to get me in a truck that he had on site and would meet my needs. I really appreciate how kind he was and didn't just send me to the site where my reservation was. It really made a difficult task easier.
