The guy they returned my prenatal was absolutely the rudest unprofessional guy i have ever dealt with through u haul. He should not represent your company. I almost wanted to call and demand a refund for the hassle. He should be removed from your staff immediately the was he deals with people.

Sami YThe vehicle was basically brand new. It had less than 3,000 miles. The front of the truck was filthy from the rain. Los Angeles has a pollution problem. I suggest washing exterior of the trucks weekly.
