mary gThe location is in a vacant lot way in the back. One has to guess where to go to check in with keys, etc. Plus, the U haul fails miserably at pointing out how to get to the simple act of checking the car in. Needs to make it much more evident to the customer where to go on the app to check a vehicle in.
