CMC diesel is wonderful and Kyle is wonderful and I have been very happy with what I have rented from U-Haul since I first met Kyle. He is ready to help me anytime at any place even when he's supposed to be on a day off. You really have an incredible winner working for you and he should be highly rewarded. CMC diesel is a great location and I think you do well having them as your rental location in Big Timber. I have had other people tell me that it is not cost-efficient for rental places if they have to take a Diesel Mechanic to rent out a trailer when he should be working on a diesel engine so it's important to reward them accordingly. I have been friends with Clay and his wife for many years and they are wonderful people running a wonderful business.

I was quoted 24.95 (79.80) a day for 3 days with nothing extra for the trailer. When I picked it up I was charged 142.00. I can't get through to customer service. The agent won't help. I was slso charged for 2 blankets but none were available. Bunch of shit. I will never use or recommend u-haul again.
Barb MStarted off BAD. We reserved a truck in Bozeman and it wasn't available. We had to travel to BigTimber to pickup. Reggie was AMAZING!! Extremely helpful. In Missoula, Mattie received the truck and Again, she was also AMAZING!! The customer service from those two made up for the inconvenience. They're KEEPERS ! The truck needed new wiper blades
RUSSELL SLocation was closed and there were no signs to tell you where to drop the trailer. Dirt lot on a grade, trailers parked in a grass field. No flat spot to drop off the trailer and no available wheel chocks. When I disconnected the trailer it slid down the hill about 15 feet.
