The location was difficult to enter and exit, not quite sure where to park. The tire had a flat but the employee replaced the wheel in the spot. He was a bit curt and maneuvered the Uhaul truck abruptly to get the trailer connected. I believe he was just upset at his coworker for not taking care of the tire earlier. However, his behavior was unpleasant and left us uneasy about the long trip ahead.

SARAH RI dont think they did a safety check of the vehicle as one of the back tires was completely bald. We didn't notice it until 2/3 of the way home.
