The location is crowded but the attitude of the staff makes it so I would definitely rent from this location again

The location's appearance was not confidence inspiring. The truck was a little banged up on the exterior, but all blemishes were marked. The interior was clean. The windshield was filthy and the vehicle only had 1/2 tank of fuel. The representative was polite, respectfully and friendly, but no equipment briefing occurred. I had the vehicle for 4-days and also drove it from Billings Montana to Portland Oregon. The truck worked great, mechanically perfect and the tires appeared near new. I was pleased overall.
TERRY KDrop point folks were very accommodating and even offered to take me to the airport.
Troy EAgain, everybody at this location was great and very helpful once I got the auto transport off and finally came back with the U-Haul a day early (March 2). They just took it and there was no problems at all was very quick and easy.
Paris NThe man that helped me get the Camaro off the auto transport was so nice. I actually dropped this off as soon as I got to Billings at 9 AM on March 1. My initial drop off location that I went to there was nobody there that could help me and so they changed my drop off location to rent a wreck and he really did help get everything situated for me. He was an angel that I needed due to the struggle that I had getting there. There was some confusion because of the change of location, but once I talk to customer service on the phone and all that everything got handled and I really appreciate all the help on this because that whole experience was a nightmare and I was just ready to get that transport off in my car onto the ground and they were successfully able to do that with a lot of work which I greatly appreciate the time they took so early in the morning
