The truck situation went as well as it could. The staff, though, far exceed standards and, for this reason, I would rent from them again.

Easy service everyone was nice

ANTHONY MMy comment has nothing to do with the location where I picked up the rental. They were great. This comment is directed at the trailer and the lack of a trailer tongue jack. Especially on the 6x12 enclosed trailer. I understand that uhaul doesn't want renters unhooking the trailer and hooking it back up. The empty weight on that tongue is a lot. These rental locations sometimes store their equipment on inclines which makes it even harder to pick up or or remove off the hitch ball. Would be great if they had a tongue jack to keep customers from getting hurt and to help with hooking and unhooking the trailer. Especially on the 6x12 trailer.
