Employees were rude and disrespectful. When I asked where I needed to return the trailer, I was told anywhere. I knew that did not sound correct so I asked again and was told it didn’t matter. I returned the trailer to the closest location to my home, but found out later that it was supposed to be returned to Jacksoon. They had to put this in the system I would think. Not helpful at all.

ANDREW ATruck had a sensor on when I picked it up. Uhal accepted my reservation for 7:30 but the location didn’t open until 8am. Wasn’t able to get behind the gate to access the QR code for mobile pick up. AC did not work well
