Locations were great and helpful. The uhaul itself was great. That tow dolly for an additional car was even wider than the truck making for a bit of dangerous driving. But honestly, I don't know how I would suggest to fix it. It has to fit the car and I don't think you could make it any smaller.

RODERICK MMy pick up location was changed, and my drop off location was changed but I was able to drop it off at the original location I selected in my reservation, after I spoke to a U-Haul employee and was told it was okay. Then I was called (6/28 around 5pm) the evening before the truck was actually due (6/29 9am), per my reservation, and told that someone was waiting for my truck already and it needed to go to the other drop off location, AFTER I had returned the truck. I was then told I could be charged double for not returning it to the right place. I was very frustrated, because how was a customer already waiting on my truck, miles away from where I dropped it off, and an entire evening before it was due, and some how it was supposed to be my problem? Very frustrated with this U-Haul experience.
