The pushy attitude of the woman made the entire experience horrible. I needed a van for a quick errand and I only have a Sedan, not a truck I did not want to be forced to purchase insurance since I have insurance, pulled up my policy, handed her the phone, she replied " well I have to call and verify ", OK, then she says " well even if it's covered, you're going to have to pay us first out if pocket, then get reimbursed ", oh, so your an insurance agent and claims adjuster too? Clearly she wanted the upsell. The second issue is that I knew the place I was going was only 4-5miles away, she kept insisting it was over 7 miles, ONE-WAY. Wound up PRE PAYING for 30 miles, just to "make sure it was covered.". Never again. $75 to pick up a ladder in less than 30 min. So much for $19.99 plus miles. NEVER AGAIN.
