What a great facility, I was there almost a year with 3 units. The staff were amazing, helpful and actually went above and beyond for me a couple if times. Don't hesitate to use this facility !!

Doreen W. | Overall ExperienceThe only problem I had was that I spoke to the lady and told her I would be moving out on Sept 24th. I went back to the building on that day around 4:30/5 and my access had already been deactivated. I had a couple things left in there and was not to access them. I called and was told I could come between certain hours the next day to get them. I was not very happy considering I had 3 units and 2 of them were paid for until Oct 5th and Oct 18. Considering I was still a paying customer I do not feel like I should have been deactivated so quickly. I didn’t get a call or anything. When I spoke to the lady Sunday to let her know I could not make it between the times they gave me she said they thought I wanted them to throw what was left in the dumpster. They had not done that yet, thank goodness. My problem is they would call on the due date if I had not paid yet but they couldn’t pick up the phone and call to make sure I wasn’t coming back. They just assumed I wanted to leave the stuff even tho the unit was paid for thru October date.
